7 Highly Effective Patterns For Self Quarantining During CoVID19

Global citizens are coming together to do one thing really well and that’s stay the hell away from each other.

Introverts are celebrating since they have been doing this for years! All in all, it can look like we are on the edge of a very frightful situation and life as we know it has indeed, forever changed, but all hope is never lost. Things will be okay just as they have been okay before. Humanity is resilient.

Change is the only constant.

We will look back on this soon and say, “Remember Coronavirus?!” in our best Cardi B impressions and be glad it is over!

For now, here are 7 unlikely things to do for yourself during the quarantine of 2020 that can help with stress and reduce anxiety.

  1. Make dinners and cook as if you need leftovers. Roasts, soups, stocks, broths, jams, and pasta sauce are easy to make in large quantities. Cook and refridgerate your left overs to make your food last longer.
  2. Take a longer bath and Add in CBD. While you’re social distancing, curl up in the tub for an extended soak. Add in some CBD and some Epsom salts to relieve the stress from all directions.
  3. Perfect your favorite recipes and start a pinterest board. Pinterest is having an influx in traffic and now is the best time to get your thoughts organized on how you plan to spend the next few weeks. Some popular boards and searches have been “Things to do while board”, “Banana bread recipes", & “Homeschool Schedule”.

4. Listen to a new podcast. When you listen to Neil Degrasse Tyson or learn something new from a book, your brain grows. I suggest Metaphysical AF, of course.

5. Detox. A juice cleanse, a fast, or a diet would be perfect to commit to at this time. Without the pressures of societal drinking and eating, it could be easier to stay true to your diet while social distancing. I recommend the Suja Cleanse!

6. Get Creative. Grab those old magazines and newspapers to Create your Coronavirus Visionboard. Manifest the future you want by bringing your visions to life.

7. Meditate and connect to a higher power. At the end of the day, you are the only who is your sole business. This is your journey and you can not live someone else’s hour eyes for them, no matter how badly you want to. Your relationship to others is your business but your relationship to self first priority. Take this time to get familiar with the self and breathe deep. Slow down.
